SHIPPING

Freight/Shipping cost is sent and invoiced separately.

Freight invoice must be paid before item goes into production.

Once your Dumo piece is complete and has been booked with one of our trusted delivery services, we will update you with a tracking number for smaller items or a delivery window for larger freighted pieces.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery to NSW, QLD, VIC & ACT.

Please allow 10 – 15 business day for delivery to NT, SA & WA.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

RETURNS 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and returned at your own shipping expense. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
